This Starbucks Copycat S’mores Frappuccino recipe recreates the beloved summer favorite with layers of marshmallow whipped cream, rich milk chocolate sauce, and smooth ice-blended coffee. Topped with more marshmallow cream and crunchy graham cracker crumbs, it’s an indulgent homemade treat perfect for coffee lovers and s’mores fans alike.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

Chocolate Sauce

  • 5 ounces milk chocolate
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Marshmallow Whipped Cream

  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • 7 ounces marshmallow fluff
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Ice-Blended Coffee

  • 2 cups ice
  • 3/4 cup brewed coffee, cold
  • 1/2 cup whole or 2% milk
  • 1/4 cup vanilla syrup
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons instant coffee or espresso powder (optional)

Other

  • Graham cracker crumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Make Marshmallow Whipped Cream: Add the cold heavy cream to a stand mixer bowl fitted with a whisk attachment or use a hand mixer. Beat on medium-high speed until soft peaks form. Add marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract, then continue beating until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overbeat to avoid clumpiness.
  2. Prepare Chocolate Sauce: Place milk chocolate and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at 50% power for 30-second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted and smooth. Stir in unsalted butter until melted and incorporated.
  3. Blend Ice-Blended Coffee: In a blender, combine chilled brewed coffee, milk, vanilla syrup, ice, and optional instant coffee or espresso powder. Blend until thick and smooth.
  4. Assemble the Frappuccino: Spoon about 1/4 cup of marshmallow whipped cream into the bottom of a serving cup. Pour 2 tablespoons of chocolate sauce on top. Add the blended coffee mixture, leaving some space at the top. Finish with a layer of marshmallow whipped cream and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of marshmallow whipped cream and chocolate sauce to suit your sweetness preference.
  • Use freshly brewed coffee chilled in advance for best flavor and texture.
  • Instant coffee powder is optional and can be omitted for a milder coffee taste.
  • For a dairy-free version, use coconut cream and dairy-free chocolate alternatives, but texture may vary.
  • Graham cracker crumbs can be crushed finely or coarsely based on your texture preference.
