A delicious and visually stunning Iced Biscoff Latte featuring rich espresso combined with creamy Biscoff spread, topped with a luxurious cold foam and a sprinkle of crushed Biscoff cookies. Perfectly balanced with sweet and aromatic flavors, this refreshing coffee drink is easy to make and ideal for a quick pick-me-up or an indulgent treat.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

For the Latte

  • 2 espresso shots (around 80ml total)
  • 1 tbsp Biscoff spread
  • ⅔ cup whole milk
  • Ice cubes
  • ½ tsp brown sugar (optional)
  • 1 tsp Biscoff spread (for glass)

For the Cold Foam

  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream (30%+ fat)
  • 1 tsp Biscoff spread (room temperature)

For Garnish

  • Crushed Biscoff cookies

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Glass: Smear 1 tsp of Biscoff spread around the inside walls of your glass using the back of a spoon to coat evenly. Set the glass aside for serving.
  2. Mix Biscoff and Espresso: Warm the Biscoff spread in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds until it loosens and becomes more fluid. Immediately pour the hot espresso shots directly into the warmed Biscoff spread and stir thoroughly until the mixture is glossy and smooth. Use this mixture immediately to maintain its texture.
  3. Add Ice to Glass: Fill the prepared glass with ice cubes to chill the drink and add refreshing coolness.
  4. Pour in Milk: Pour the cold whole milk over the ice in the glass, filling to about two-thirds.
  5. Create Swirl Effect: Slowly pour the Biscoff espresso mixture over the back of a spoon or along the side of the glass to help it swirl naturally with the milk, creating an appealing marbled visual effect.
  6. Make Cold Foam: In a small cup, combine the cold heavy whipping cream with 1 tsp room temperature Biscoff spread. Use a hand frother to froth the mixture for 45 to 60 seconds until it thickens into a soft, somewhat dense foam. Be careful not to over-froth to avoid stiffness.
  7. Top with Foam: Generously spoon the prepared cold foam onto the top of the latte, forming a luscious creamy layer.
  8. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies over the cold foam for an added crunchy texture and extra flavor punch. Serve the Iced Biscoff Latte immediately while cold and fresh.

Notes

  • Use freshly brewed espresso shots for the best flavor and richness.
  • Microwaving Biscoff spread gently helps it to blend seamlessly with hot espresso.
  • Cold foam made with heavy cream offers a richer texture than milk froths, making this drink more indulgent.
  • If desired, add ½ tsp brown sugar to the espresso and Biscoff mixture for extra sweetness.
  • Chill your glass beforehand if you want to keep the drink icy longer.
  • To make this vegan, substitute whole milk and heavy cream with plant-based alternatives like oat or coconut cream.
