Cheese:
- 250 g Grated mozzarella
Toppings (choose any or all):

- Chicken
- Ham
- Mushrooms
- Sweetcorn
- Peppers
- Onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 200℃ fan/220℃ conventional/Gas Mark 7/400°F to ensure it’s hot enough to crisp the bread and melt the cheese evenly.
- Prepare the bread: Slice the baguette in half lengthways, then cut into portions suitable for individual pizzas.
- Make the sauce: In a bowl, combine the passata with garlic granules, dried oregano, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well to blend the flavors.
- Spread the sauce: Evenly distribute the tomato sauce mixture over the cut sides of the bread portions, ensuring each gets a generous layer.
- Add cheese: Sprinkle grated mozzarella evenly across all bread bases on top of the sauce to create a cheesy foundation.
- Arrange toppings: Add your preferred toppings such as pepperoni, chicken, ham, mushrooms, sweetcorn, peppers, or onions evenly over the cheese layer.
- Bake the pizzas: Place the prepared pizzas on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and golden brown, and the bread edges are crisp.
Notes
- You can customize toppings based on dietary preferences or what you have available.
- For crispier crust, you may toast the baguette halves for 3-4 minutes before adding the sauce.
- If you prefer a spicier sauce, add a pinch of chili flakes to the passata mix.
- Use fresh herbs like basil or oregano as a garnish after baking for added aroma and flavor.
- To save time, prepare the sauce in advance and store it in the refrigerator.
