  • 4 Persian Cucumbers (sliced into 1/4” coins)
  • 1 Cup Feta Cheese (cubed)
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Mint (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Salad: Begin by gathering all ingredients to make the vibrant salad.
  2. Make the Honey Vinaigrette: Add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, honey, garlic, dried oregano, kosher salt, and ground black pepper to a blender.
