Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the undrained Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies along with the cubed Velveeta cheese, then cover the bowl loosely to retain moisture.
- Microwave to Melt: Microwave the mixture on HIGH for 5 minutes total. Stir the dip thoroughly after 3 minutes to ensure even melting. The cheese should be completely melted and smooth by the end. Be careful as the bowl and dip will be very hot.
- Serve Warm: Once melted and combined, serve the dip warm with an assortment of fresh cut vegetables, crackers, or tortilla chips for dipping.
