1 white tea bag
1 cup almond milk (unsweetened recommended)
½ tsp almond extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
Optional: whipped cream, sprinkle of nutmeg, or slivered almonds
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, gently warm the almond milk over medium heat until steaming (do not boil). Stir occasionally.
- Remove from heat. Add the white tea bag and steep for 3–5 minutes, depending on desired strength.
- Remove the tea bag and stir in almond extract, vanilla extract, and honey until combined.
- Use a handheld frother or whisk to froth the mixture until light and foamy (optional).
- Pour into a mug. Top with optional garnishes: whipped cream, nutmeg, or slivered almonds.
- Sip and enjoy your festive latte!
