Ingredients
¼ cup marshmallow fluff
2 crushed graham crackers
1½ oz marshmallow vodka
1 oz Irish cream
1 oz heavy cream (or half-and-half)
1 oz chocolate syrup, plus more to drizzle in the glass
½ oz Drambuie
Toasted jumbo marshmallows, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the glass: Spoon marshmallow fluff onto a plate. Thin slightly with a teaspoon of water if necessary. Place crushed graham crackers on another plate. Dip the rim of a martini glass into the fluff, then into the graham cracker crumbs to coat.
- Prepare the garnish: Skewer a marshmallow and toast it using a grill or kitchen torch. Set aside.
- Make the drink: Add marshmallow vodka, Irish cream, heavy cream, chocolate syrup, and Drambuie to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well.
- Drizzle extra chocolate syrup inside the martini glass to create swirls. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
- Top with the toasted marshmallow garnish and serve immediately.
Notes
- Infuse your own marshmallow vodka by soaking chopped marshmallows in vodka overnight.
- If you can’t find Drambuie, try a honey-flavored liqueur or skip it entirely for a simpler cocktail.
- Lightly toast the marshmallow if you prefer not to flame it.
- Adjust the cream or chocolate syrup to make the drink richer or sweeter.
