Ingredients

12 pains à sliders (type brioché ou pains hawaïens)

1/2 tasse de mayonnaise

2 c. à s. de raifort préparé

450 g de rôti de bœuf tranché finement (style charcuterie)

6 tranches de fromage provolone affiné

4 c. à s. de beurre doux fondu

1/2 c. à s. de cassonade blonde

1 c. à s. de moutarde de Dijon

2 c. à c. d’oignon doux finement haché

1 c. à s. de sauce Worcestershire

1/2 c. à c. de gros sel

Instructions
