1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup chopped vegetables (like bell peppers, onions, or zucchini)
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Prep the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, cook the chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked (internal temp of 165°F/75°C).

Prepare Vegetables: While the chicken is cooking, sauté the chopped vegetables in a separate pan with a little olive oil. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Serve: Once the chicken is done, drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Serve alongside the sautéed vegetables and sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish
