Ingredients

1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and cornstarch.
  4. Add tofu cubes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
