Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the tofu into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and cornstarch.
- Add tofu cubes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Place tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove and serve hot with your favorite sauce or side.
Notes
- For spiciness, add chili flakes, sriracha, or cayenne to the marinade.
- Toss cooked tofu with sesame oil, green onions, and sesame seeds for an Asian twist.
- For a sweet and savory option, coat tofu in teriyaki or sweet chili sauce.
