Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together egg yolk, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil and vegetable oil while whisking continuously to form a creamy emulsion.
