- Heat Mixture: Place the saucepan over medium-low heat and gently bring it to a simmer. Be careful to avoid boiling. Once it reaches a simmer, promptly remove the pan from the heat to prevent scorching.
- Melt Chocolate: Add the chopped dark chocolate into the warm milk mixture. Whisk continuously until the chocolate has completely melted and the mixture is uniform and glossy.
- Prepare for Freezing (Vertical Mold): If using vertical popsicle molds, pour the chocolate mixture directly into the molds, insert sticks if applicable, and place them in the freezer to set for at least 6 hours, or until fully frozen.
- Unmold and Serve (Vertical Mold): When frozen solid, remove the fudgesicles from the molds and serve immediately to enjoy a creamy, chocolaty treat.
