Ingredients
1/3 cup unsalted butter
Pinch of salt
16 ounce bag of marshmallows
5 1/2 cups Golden Grahams cereal
1/2 cup milk chocolate (roughly chopped Hershey’s bars)
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows (for folding into the bars)
Instructions
- Grease a 9 x 9-inch pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the regular marshmallows and salt, stirring with a rubber spatula to prevent burning. Remove from heat as soon as marshmallows are fully melted.
- In a large bowl, combine the Golden Grahams cereal with the melted marshmallow mixture, folding gently to coat.
- Stir in the chocolate and mini marshmallows.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan and press into an even layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to set. Once firm, cut into 12 rectangles with a sharp knife. Enjoy!

- If the mixture is too sticky, spray a rubber spatula with cooking spray to press the bars evenly into the pan.
