These gooey Golden Grahams s’mores bars are an easy no-bake summer treat that captures all the nostalgic flavors of campfire s’mores with Golden Grahams cereal, chocolate, and mini marshmallows.

Ingredients

1/3 cup unsalted butter

Pinch of salt

16 ounce bag of marshmallows

5 1/2 cups Golden Grahams cereal

1/2 cup milk chocolate (roughly chopped Hershey’s bars)

1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows (for folding into the bars)

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9 x 9-inch pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add the regular marshmallows and salt, stirring with a rubber spatula to prevent burning. Remove from heat as soon as marshmallows are fully melted.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the Golden Grahams cereal with the melted marshmallow mixture, folding gently to coat.
  5. Stir in the chocolate and mini marshmallows.
  6. Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan and press into an even layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to set. Once firm, cut into 12 rectangles with a sharp knife. Enjoy!

Notes

  • If the mixture is too sticky, spray a rubber spatula with cooking spray to press the bars evenly into the pan.
