Ingredients
Ingredients
- 3 Ripe Custard Apples
- 1.5 cups Milk (chilled or at room temperature)
- 2-3 tsp Sugar or Honey (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare the custard apple pulp: Split open the ripe custard apples and carefully scoop out the pulp into a blender jar, ensuring you have only the soft fruit part without the peel.
- Separate seeds: Pulse the blender once or twice just enough to loosen the seeds from the pulp; this helps in easier removal of seeds.
- Remove seeds and sweeten: Pick out all the seeds manually from the pulsed pulp, then add sugar or honey to the blender jar for sweetness, and blend again until the mixture is smooth.
- Add milk and blend: Pour in the chilled or room temperature milk and blend the mixture again until the milkshake reaches a thick and creamy consistency.
- Serve: Pour the custard apple milkshake into glasses and serve it chilled or at room temperature according to your preference.
Notes
- Use ripe custard apples for the best natural sweetness and flavor.
- Adjust the sugar or honey quantity based on the sweetness of the custard apple and personal preference.
- For a colder milkshake, chill the milk before blending or add some ice cubes and blend them.
- Ensure all seeds are removed properly to avoid any bitterness or inconvenience when drinking.
- This milkshake can be customized by adding a pinch of cardamom powder for extra aroma.
