Ingredients
3 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet recommended)
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
Instructions
- Line an 8″x8″ baking pan with aluminum foil and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and instant espresso powder.
- Stir continuously until the chocolate chips are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat and pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until the fudge is completely set.
- Remove from the pan, cut into pieces, and serve.
Notes
- Be patient and let the fudge set fully for clean, smooth slices.
- You can substitute instant espresso with 3 teaspoons of instant coffee if needed.
- Decorate with white chocolate drizzle or festive sprinkles for special occasions.
- Store fudge in an airtight container; it lasts up to 3 months in the freezer.
