Espresso Fudge is a rich and creamy no-bake chocolate fudge with a bold coffee flavor. Made with just four ingredients, it’s an easy and indulgent treat perfect for coffee and chocolate lovers alike.

Ingredients

3 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet recommended)

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons butter

2 teaspoons instant espresso powder

Instructions

  1. Line an 8″x8″ baking pan with aluminum foil and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and instant espresso powder.
  3. Stir continuously until the chocolate chips are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until the fudge is completely set.
  6. Remove from the pan, cut into pieces, and serve.

  • Be patient and let the fudge set fully for clean, smooth slices.
