  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 24 bites

Ingredients

7 ounces cheddar cheese (200 grams)

24 green olives

¼ cup dried cranberries (25 grams)

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon dried herbs (oregano, thyme, or basil)

Instructions

  1. Cut the cheddar cheese into bite-sized cubes.

Notes

You can use different types of cheese like feta, gouda, or mozzarella.

Swap green olives for black olives, Kalamata, or stuffed olives for variation.
