Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenders
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Coat chicken tenders in the mayo mixture, then dredge in crushed Ritz crackers, pressing gently so crumbs stick.
- Arrange tenders on the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake 20–25 minutes, until golden and chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Cool slightly before serving. Pair with dipping sauces.
