Ingredients

1 lb chicken tenders

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 packet Ranch seasoning mix

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  3. Coat chicken tenders in the mayo mixture, then dredge in crushed Ritz crackers, pressing gently so crumbs stick.
  4. Arrange tenders on the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  5. Bake 20–25 minutes, until golden and chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
