Instructions
- Boil Water: Heat water until it reaches boiling.
- Steep Teas: Place green tea bag, chamomile tea bag, and dried chamomile flowers in a heat-safe container.
- Pour Hot Water: Pour the boiling water over the tea bags and flowers, letting them steep for 5 minutes to extract flavors and beneficial compounds.
- Remove Tea Bags: Remove the tea bags or strain out the loose chamomile flowers carefully.
- Add Lemon Juice: Squeeze juice from half a lemon into the brewed tea mixture to add brightness and vitamin C.
- Add Turmeric and Ginger: Grate fresh turmeric and ginger into the tea mixture for anti-inflammatory and digestive benefits.
- Add Honey: Stir in honey to sweeten, adjusting the amount to taste.
- Let Flavors Meld: Stir well and allow the mixture to sit for another 5 minutes for the flavors to fully combine.
- Prepare Glass: Fill a glass with ice cubes to chill the drink.
- Pour Drink: Pour the cooled tea mixture over the ice.
- Mix and Serve: Gently swirl the drink to chill and blend the flavors thoroughly before serving.
