Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Boil Water: Heat water until it reaches boiling.
  2. Steep Teas: Place green tea bag, chamomile tea bag, and dried chamomile flowers in a heat-safe container.
  3. Pour Hot Water: Pour the boiling water over the tea bags and flowers, letting them steep for 5 minutes to extract flavors and beneficial compounds.
  4. Remove Tea Bags: Remove the tea bags or strain out the loose chamomile flowers carefully.
  5. Add Lemon Juice: Squeeze juice from half a lemon into the brewed tea mixture to add brightness and vitamin C.
  6. Add Turmeric and Ginger: Grate fresh turmeric and ginger into the tea mixture for anti-inflammatory and digestive benefits.
  7. Add Honey: Stir in honey to sweeten, adjusting the amount to taste.
