Ingredients

4 Barber Foods Chicken Cordon Bleu (2 boxes)

1 lb spaghetti

1/2 tbsp olive oil

1/4 tsp salt (for pasta water)

1/3 cup parsley, finely chopped

3 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

3 1/3 tbsp butter

34 garlic cloves, finely minced

1 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated

1/2 tbsp lemon zest

Juice of 2 1/2 lemons

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Bake Chicken Cordon Bleu according to package directions until golden and crisp.
  2. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water with olive oil and 1/4 tsp salt until al dente. Drain.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat until lightly golden. Add garlic and sauté 30–60 seconds.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, then add drained pasta. Toss with parsley, basil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add Parmesan and lemon zest, tossing until coated.
  6. Plate spaghetti and top with Chicken Cordon Bleu. Garnish with Parmesan and herbs if desired.

Notes

  • Add heavy cream to the sauce for a creamy twist.
  • Toss in spinach, zucchini, or asparagus for extra veggies.
