Ingredients
4 Barber Foods Chicken Cordon Bleu (2 boxes)
1 lb spaghetti
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt (for pasta water)
1/3 cup parsley, finely chopped
3 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
3 1/3 tbsp butter
3–4 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
1/2 tbsp lemon zest
Juice of 2 1/2 lemons
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Bake Chicken Cordon Bleu according to package directions until golden and crisp.
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water with olive oil and 1/4 tsp salt until al dente. Drain.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat until lightly golden. Add garlic and sauté 30–60 seconds.
- Stir in lemon juice, then add drained pasta. Toss with parsley, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Add Parmesan and lemon zest, tossing until coated.
- Plate spaghetti and top with Chicken Cordon Bleu. Garnish with Parmesan and herbs if desired.
Notes
- Add heavy cream to the sauce for a creamy twist.
- Toss in spinach, zucchini, or asparagus for extra veggies.
- Add red pepper flakes for spice.
- Mix in more Parmesan or mozzarella for extra cheesiness.
