Ingredients

8-ounce tube refrigerated crescent dough (or pizza dough)

2 tablespoons cream cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup minced cooked broccoli

¼ teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder, or dried oregano (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out crescent or pizza dough on parchment paper.
  3. Spread cream cheese evenly over dough, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese and broccoli. Add optional seasonings if desired.
  4. Starting from one long side, roll dough tightly into a log.
  5. Slice into 1-inch rounds with a serrated knife.
  6. Arrange slices on baking sheet, spacing slightly apart.
  7. Bake 12–14 minutes until golden and puffed.
  8. Cool 2 minutes on sheet, then serve warm.
