Ingredients
2 cups farfalle pasta (uncooked)
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add farfalle pasta and cook until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and let sit for 2 minutes to dry slightly.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Transfer pasta to a large bowl. Add olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Toss until evenly coated.
- Place about ¼ of the pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
- Air fry for 5 minutes, then flip or toss pasta. Cook an additional 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to cool. Repeat with remaining pasta.
- Serve plain or with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use short pasta shapes like penne or rotini for variation.
- Add red pepper flakes or taco seasoning for a flavor twist.
- Use nutritional yeast for a dairy-free alternative.
- Best enjoyed fresh, but can be crisped again in air fryer if needed.
- Do not overcrowd air fryer to ensure even crisping.
